Unlimited Possibilities Family Care Home is serving our Charlotte-area seniors by providing personalized assisted living care in a licensed, home care setting. The staff at Unlimited Possibilities is committed to providing a special environment that breaks the traditional mold of senior housing care and assisted living. By working closely with their residents, they are able to provide an atmosphere of independent living uncharacteristic of traditional, more institutionalized senior settings. With a maximum of only six residents per home, they are truly able to consider the needs and choices of each individual. It's hard for senior to give up a sense of independence and self-sufficiency. The staff at Unlimited Possibilities understand that and will work closely with seniors and their family members to ensure that residents are happy and cared for.
